This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the First Asian Internet Engineering Conference, AINTEC 2005, held in Bangkok, Thailand in December 2005. The 18 revised full papers presented together with 3 invited papers and 1 invited position paper were carefully reviewed and selected from 52 submissions.
