本标准是“卫星激光测距”系列标准的项标准。 本标准按照GB/T 1.1—2009给出的规则起。 本标准由中华人民共和国自然资源部提出并归口。 本标准起单位:中国测绘科学研究院、上海天文台、山东科技大学、中国矿业大学。 卫星激光测距是建立与维持大地基准重要的观测手段,SLR数据处理规范关系到成果的质量和应用。为指导SLR数据处理,生产建立和维持地球参考框架所需的地球自转参数、地心运动、测站坐标及速度等大地基准产品,制定本标准。
