内容简介
本书以突发动物疫情公共危机演化机理和突发动物疫情公共危机防控政策为核心研究内容，融合防疫学、动物学、管理学、危机管理学、法学、经济学、社会学等多学科知识交叉集成。从动物疫情公共危机理论出发，系统梳理了风险临界理论、危机扩散动力学理论、危机演化“时间窗口”理论、大数据仿真理论、风险决策理论和危机治理问责理论等六大理论。以突发动物疫情造成的实际损害状态变化为切入点，观察突发动物疫情公共危机状态下养殖户行为决策、社会群体行为决策、地方行为决策及其相互关系，分析各决策主体行为决策模式及其决策效果，从而研究并提出防控疫情、化解危机、不同主体利益统一的政策，以期达到公共危机管理综合效益**化。
